The churros are easy: make the dough, put it in the bag and pipe into hot oil. They cook very quickly and then roll them in cinnamon sugar. The hot chocolate pot is so much easier than heating milk in the pan....I got mine at a deep discount at the Williams-Sonoma outlet store.
