Okay, I just read this and I picked up the same kind…the Cranberry Oatmeal White Chocolate. I have a recipe for Cranberry White Chocolate Chip cookies that was just okay. I think the addition of oatmeal is just what that cookie needed. It was a little too sweet and tart with no buffer. The oatmeal is probably a great buffer. Can’t wait to try them. Maybe I will make the whole pack and take it to dinner tonight.
